Returning to the iconic Marina Bay Sands, Reebok Les Mills Live is back in Singapore for 2019 on 22 & 23 March. The group fitness festival has got even bigger with the addition of Friday night Cycle powered by BODY BIKE and with more famous faces to tag, share, and love.

The Saturday line-up features your favourite Les Mills workouts including BODYPUMP, SH’BAM, BODYJAM and BODYCOMBAT. This is an all-fitness-levels event: stay for one, two or nine classes and let our World Class Presenter team show you the way. This is one fitness experience you will never forget.



We are thrilled to announce that Dan will be joining Rachael Newsham to lift the roof off of MBS for BODYCOMBAT. We can’t even fathom the electricity in the room when this famous duo take the stage.


In 2018, Rach absolutely rocked the room (literal – the floor was trembling) with a 1,000 strong crowd. In 2019, Dan will join her to electrify the room with their energies combined. Rach will of course double up with SH’BAM.


A new face for REEBOK LES MILLS LIVE in Singapore, Glen O will front the BODYPUMP team for BODYPUMP 109. With addition of BODY BIKE® on Friday, get a double dose of the man as he puts us through our SPRINT paces.

THE TRIP is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, THE TRIP takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It is fun, low impact and burns loads of calories.

With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.
